Tafsol Technologies operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between Tafsol and any client.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Tafsol may collaborate with clients or deliver services through third-party collaboration or freelance platforms. These platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply independently. By using our services through such platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms in addition to ours.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt our website, systems, or services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Upload, share, or transmit harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated methods to collect information from our site.

7. AI, Voice, and Holographic Content Disclaimer

Our services may include AI-assisted, holographic, or voice-based features. While we apply reasonable safeguards and quality checks, Tafsol cannot guarantee that AI-generated or holographic content will always be accurate, unique, or error-free.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final outputs before any public or commercial use.

Tafsol may, with client consent, use anonymized data, voice samples, or project elements to train or improve its AI systems and service capabilities.

Tafsol shall not be responsible for any misuse or misrepresentation of AI-generated, holographic, or voice-based outputs once delivered and approved by the client.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Payments for Tafsol Technologies' services may be made through our official merchant channels, bank accounts, or verified freelance platforms. Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring timely settlement of invoices.

In some cases, clients may be referred to third-party providers (such as cloud, hosting, or software vendors) to make payments directly. Tafsol is not responsible for billing, renewals, or refunds related to such third-party services.

All payments to Tafsol are final and non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription-based services renew automatically unless canceled in advance under the agreed terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal and technical data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the USA, UK, UAE, and Pakistan, Tafsol Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including errors, data loss, or service interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tafsol Technologies, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under recognized arbitration bodies applicable to the client's location:

• American Arbitration Association (USA)
• London Court of International Arbitration (UK)
• Dubai International Arbitration Centre (UAE)

Claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date they arise.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, UK, UAE, and Pakistan, depending on the location of the client or service delivery.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, represent the entire understanding between Tafsol Technologies and the client regarding the use of our services.
